TIM, THERE IS A HIDDEN SWITCH MOUNTED BEHIND THE DRIVERS SEAT UP UNDER THE BACK STORAGE AREA. IT IS MOUNTED UPSIDE DOWN. WHILE STANDING AT THE DRIVERS DOOR, REACH BACK AND UP WITH YOUR LEFT HAND TO FIND IT AND PUSH UNTIL THE UNIT RECYCLES. HOPE THIS HELPS.

The rear Pulldown latch is in the down (latched) position but the top J hook did not catch when the Pulldown motor activated. How do I get the latch to return to the UP position?
